Biography

Cecil was born 10 Apr 1889, the son of Garrett Ward Beecher Miller and Isabella Miller. ^[1]

In the 1901 census, he is living with his mother, two sisters (and five boarders):

• Isabella Miller, b. 1860
• Edna B Miller, b. 1886
• Cecil O Kok Miller, b. 1888
• Lula Bell Miller, b. 1894

On 9 Oct 1920 he married Marjorie Crickmore King. ^[2]

He died in Oshawa on 28 Jul 1967.
